CANCELLATION POLICY

Once payment is received, order can NOT BE CANCELLED. Items may not be removed from order, only added. Change of date is acceptable as long as equipment has not been delivered and is still available for re-schedule date. You are charged for items out on rental, whether they are used or not. All orders must be paid one week before the event. If equipment is kept for additional days, the full rental fee must be re-paid. It is the customers responsibility to inspect & make sure all equipment is working properly & accounted for. Customer is fully responsible for items/equipment. If there is any damage or loss of equipment/items customer must pay for cost of replacement/repair. AZ PARTY CENTRAL is NOT responsible for any injury or damages caused by the use of the rental equipment. NO CASH REFUNDS/NODEVOLUCIONES EN EFECTIVO
